'Showtime' was my second animated short film.

Produced in 2013 in my third year at Glamorgan University in Cardiff, Wales, the story went through a variety of ideas, but was ultimately inspired by a 50's looney Tunes cartoon, 'Duck Amuck' - in which the main character interacts with the off screen animator.

I wanted my love of classic cartoons and slapstick humour to inspire the animation style and the situations that the main character was placed in, and wanted the film to be as hand drawn as possible. Adobe Animate was used for the character animation and
